I am 52 years old and just learning how to swim for the first time. I was hoping your book would help me even though I am not swimming competitively and indeed it has.

      I dont know if you remember me, I emailed you a couple of years ago asking you someting about visualization. Well. I just want to let know that two years ago i was South American champion.
